Michael is a senior member of the Chambers Financial Remedy team. He is regularly instructed in high net worth cases by Leading Solicitors. As well as ancillary relief, Michael also has considerable experience in property disputes arising out of the relationships of cohabiting couples and claims for provision for children under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.

It is important to give realistic and pragmatic advice at the earliest opportunity and Michael is able to bring 20 years of experience in family law in providing this advice in a sympathetic manner. He is able to achieve fair settlements through creative and imaginative thinking, but is a tenacious advocate when a settlement cannot be reached.

As an approved direct access family barrister he also accepts instructions from the public.
