Licensing

The Members of the Licensing Team provide advisory and advocacy services across the full spectrum of Licensing work, before licensing sub-committees and hearings before the Traffic Commissioner through to appeals before the appellate tribunals. Their experience includes acting for a wide variety of clients in respect of:-

• Operators Licensing
• Alcohol and Entertainment
• Firearms
• Gaming
• Taxi and Private Hire
• SIA

Additionally certain members are qualified to be instructed directly by individuals or businesses in accordance with the Bar Council public access scheme.
