In undertaking all work, we aim to achieve a return of paperwork within 14 working days or to agree a timescale for their return with the client. Pleadings and other documents can be returned electronically.

For private work the client is notified of anticipated fees for papers on receipt of instructions and this is recorded, except where the work is similar to work done for that client by that counsel previously. Chambers operates a flexible approach to fees and Leigh Royall the Senior Clerk would welcome the opportunity to review the charging rates personally.
