Matrimonial property (including lottery, farming and cases involving substantial businesses), and Professional negligence arising in family work. Mark has been conducting Ancillary Relief work in Court throughout the Northern Eastern Circuit and beyond, for over 25 years.  He also regularly undertakes TOLATA work.

Family Law
Private and public child abuse cases, mentally incapable and disordered parents, sterilisation of mentally impaired adults, removal of children from the jurisdiction. Extensive experience representing families, local authorities and children, going back to 1980 involving original membership of Law Society Children's panel in 1980's. FLBA Member, following transfer to the Bar in 1994.

Personal Injury Law
Personal injury claims, particularly accidents at work, road traffic accidents, Highway Authority claims, medical accidents and claims against Local Authorities by persons formerly in care, and holiday claims.

Mark has over 25 years experience in the field of personal injury (95% claimant), initially as a solicitor (litigation partner at Harrison Bundey, Leeds) before transferring to the Bar in 1994. He has been a member of PIBA for 10 years.

Mark has conducted trials on a regular basis over the last 16 years including cases in the High Court.
