Applications concerning children - including Finding of Fact hearings involving allegations of violence/sexual abuse; applications for leave to remove from the jurisdiction; and the application of case law to non-biological parents including same sex partners.

Public Law
She frequently undertakes care/adoption proceedings and has experience of complex cases involving non-accidental injury / sexual abuse/ infant death. She represents Local Authorities, parents and children through their Guardian.

Inherent Jurisdiction
Linda has represented both the Official Solicitor and the Local Authority in High Court applications for declaratory relief and was involved in the reported case of RE: S (Adult patient) (Inherent Jurisdiction: Family Life) [2003] 1FLR 292 FD.

Ancillary Relief & Cohabitant Disputes
She has co-presented seminars on ancillary relief procedure and evidence in Finding of Fact hearings.
