Family/Child Care Law Ancillary Relief Cohabitation Disputes
Jacqui practices in all areas of Children Act work; public and private law. She also undertakes ancillary relief work and matters involving disputed beneficial interests, usually in context of cohabitation breakdown. Jacquie has experience at all levels from FPC to the Court of Appeal.
Family/Childcare Law Jacqui has experience of representing all parties in care proceedings at county Court and High Court level. She is particularly interested in helping parents who suffer from a disability and has experience in dealing with cases with a mental health issue or involving the Official Solicitor. Jacqui also deals with all aspects of private law applications including removal from the jurisdiction.
Ancillary Relief/Cohabitation Disputes Jacqui has experience in ancillary relief cases with assets in excess of £1m and involving business assets. She has recently been involved in cases involving extended family members who assert an interest in the matrimonial property.
Jacqui also deals with disputed beneficial interest arising from relationship breakdown and cohabitation. She frequently provides advice prior to the issue of proceedings and can deal with the case through to final hearing. She is also experienced in related Schedule 1 Children Act claims

For Appellant Father in Re W (Contact) [2007] EWCA Civ 753 - Successful appeal against order for no contact.
Re C - Successful appeal in COurt of Appeal before President of Family Division in case concerning Intervenors status.
Re B - Junior Counsel for Local Authority in case concerning fictious illness and upper airway obstruction resulting in the death of 2 children.
