The members of the Ancillary Relief Team have extensive experience of all types of Ancillary Relief cases from 'big money cases' to more moderate asset cases. We are experienced in cases involving investments, trusts, business assets, pensions, financial provision for children and all aspects of financial provision following the breakdown of a marriage or partnership.

We also have extensive experience of cases involving inheritance disputes, property disputes between cohabitants and financial provision for the children of unmarried couples.
